This recipe takes just over 30 minutes to prepare and serves two.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 sea bass fillets

1 lemon
-
1 lime
-
1/2 chili pepper
-
1/2 red onion
-
Salt to taste

1 tablespoon of honey
-
2 small sweet potatoes (or 1 large)

Oil
-
Seasonings to taste

Coriander
PREPARATION

Start by washing the sweet potatoes and cutting them into very thin slices;

Season with olive oil, salt and seasonings to taste (I used garlic powder and sweet paprika);

Place the potato chips in the oven on the grill until golden brown (about 20' at 180 degrees);

Prepare the fish by cutting into cubes (discarding the skin and all bones);

Prepare the marinade. Add the lime and lemon juice to the honey and pour over the fish;

Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Then, chop the onion and chili pepper very finely and add to the fish.

Sprinkle with coriander and serve immediately with potato chips.
