Sea Bass Ceviche with Sweet Potato Chips

This recipe takes just over 30 minutes to prepare and serves two.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 1 lemon

  • 1 lime

  • 1/2 chili pepper

  • 1/2 red onion

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 2 small sweet potatoes (or 1 large)

  • Oil

  • Seasonings to taste

  • Coriander

PREPARATION

  1. Start by washing the sweet potatoes and cutting them into very thin slices;

  2. Season with olive oil, salt and seasonings to taste (I used garlic powder and sweet paprika);

  3. Place the potato chips in the oven on the grill until golden brown (about 20' at 180 degrees);

  4. Prepare the fish by cutting into cubes (discarding the skin and all bones);

  5. Prepare the marinade. Add the lime and lemon juice to the honey and pour over the fish;

  6. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  7. Then, chop the onion and chili pepper very finely and add to the fish.

  8. Sprinkle with coriander and serve immediately with potato chips.
