Autumn is a time for comfort, and nothing brings more warmth than the aroma of fresh marmalade and jams filling the house.
Preparing homemade sweets is almost a ritual of this season, where we transform the fruits of the season into small portions of happiness.
They work well as an appetizer to combine with cheeses or as a dessert filling for a pie or cake.
Autumn jams bring back that warm, homely feeling. And not to mention the smell of freshly made jam, which is simply divine! Use and abuse the fruits that autumn gives us and do the same with the spices that remind us of this beautiful season.
