Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

This chocolate and peanut butter cake is a real treat that will leave you wanting more. Easy to prepare, healthy and super fluffy. You can replace the peanut butter with almond or cashew butter.

INGREDIENTS

  • 125g of low-fat chocolate
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 200ml of vegetable drink
  • 6 eggs
  • 200g cassava flour (or rice flour)
  • 2 mashed bananas

PREPARATION

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the whites until stiff. In a bowl, combine the egg yolks, vegetable milk, peanut butter and mashed bananas and mix everything together.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and flour and mix again. Add the egg whites and mix again.
  3. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 35 minutes.
