This chocolate and peanut butter cake is a real treat that will leave you wanting more. Easy to prepare, healthy and super fluffy. You can replace the peanut butter with almond or cashew butter.
INGREDIENTS
- 125g of low-fat chocolate
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 200ml of vegetable drink
- 6 eggs
- 200g cassava flour (or rice flour)
- 2 mashed bananas
PREPARATION
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the whites until stiff. In a bowl, combine the egg yolks, vegetable milk, peanut butter and mashed bananas and mix everything together.
- Add the cocoa powder and flour and mix again. Add the egg whites and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 35 minutes.
