The Gift Card is valid for the purchase of items sold only in the VIVA Online Store.

The Gift Card is sent directly to you by email automatically after the moment of purchase - you just need to forward it to the desired person.

Print your card or send it by email.

Shipping costs not included in the Gift Card value.

The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used once or more for purchases on our website.

You can use the Gift Card to pay for your online orders, in full or in installments, and to do so, simply enter the confidential code in the field for discount codes when completing your order.

You can also complete the amount of your purchase with another payment method.

Products purchased with the Gift Card in the online store can be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

The Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged.

In case of loss, theft, damage or expiration of validity, the Gift Card cannot be exchanged or refunded (not even partially).

Check your card balance in your customer area, and to check the card's validity you can also contact Customer Support.

The purchase and/or use of the Card implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions, which were made available to the customer when purchasing the Card.
