Pinacolada Mousse

This tropical flavored mousse recipe is ready in 10 minutes and serves two.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of coconut milk (400ml)
  • 1 slice of natural pineapple (About 150g)
  • 1 packet of pineapple jelly (31g)
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut

PREPARATION

  1. Blend the solid part of the coconut milk with the pineapple (reserve the water left in the can);
  2. Mix the grated coconut into the previous mixture;
  3. Heat the remaining coconut water and make powdered gelatin.
  4. Mix the gelatin into the previous preparation.
  5. Refrigerate for about two hours and serve chilled.
