This tropical flavored mousse recipe is ready in 10 minutes and serves two.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of coconut milk (400ml)
- 1 slice of natural pineapple (About 150g)
- 1 packet of pineapple jelly (31g)
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
PREPARATION
- Blend the solid part of the coconut milk with the pineapple (reserve the water left in the can);
- Mix the grated coconut into the previous mixture;
- Heat the remaining coconut water and make powdered gelatin.
- Mix the gelatin into the previous preparation.
- Refrigerate for about two hours and serve chilled.
