ORGANIZING YOUR CLOSET
An organized closet brings us many benefits: optimization of space and time, accessibility, visibility, tranquility when dressing and financial savings These are just some of the aspects that make our lives much easier.
But where to start?
1 - Screening: Analyze what you wear, what you don't like, what no longer fits and decide what to keep. What you want to get rid of, donate or sell.
2 - Categorize the pieces: separate dresses, coats, pants, accessories, ….
3 - Decide the place to accommodate each category of clothing according to the available space, volume and characteristics of the pieces.
4 - Finalize identifying the categories of clothing.
CLOSET ORGANIZERS
To help us organize our closet, we rely on organizers, which are great allies. They bring us great practicality and make organization easier. Quality, versatility and continuity are key words when choosing them, within the vast range and variety that Loja Viva has.
Store clothes from the previous season (bikinis, beachwear, cool clothes, etc.) that can be stored in a less accessible place (on the top shelf), since we won't be using them on a daily basis. Clothes should be folded vertically, allowing them to be seen.
Standardize your hangers, opting for velvet hangers, for example, as they optimize your space, clothes don't slip and they are aesthetically more beautiful.
Take advantage of the space under the clothes rail, on shelves or in drawers, to store socks, underwear, belts and small accessories. These rigid honeycombs fit together, creating stability.
The shoes can be placed in a line on the shelf, in ramp organizers, which optimize space, or in transparent airy boxes, which allow them to be seen.
Don't forget that you need to do daily maintenance on your closet: use it and return it to the correct place.
Our closet has a life, so we need to take care of it daily.
