How about a breakfast suggestion?
I leave you the recipe for a delicious Lowcarb Spinach Pancake .
Place the following ingredients, all together, in the blender:
- 2 eggs
- handful of spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon psyllium
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Then place the mixture in a frying pan greased with vegetable fat and let it brown on both sides.
Then you just have to fill it to taste.
Place on a beautiful plate, like the ones I suggest below, and enjoy!
