Ingredients:
- 8 Eggs
- 8 tablespoons of flour
- 16 tablespoons of Sugar
- 1 Lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon of Yeast
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and add the lemon zest.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the previous mixture, alternately with the sifted flour and yeast, without beating. Fold in only with a spoon, whisk or spatula.
Bake in a ring-shaped pan greased with butter or vegetable fat (or lined with greaseproof paper) for approximately 30 minutes.
