- 3 eggs

- 150g cocoa
- 3 tablespoons xylitol
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation method:
- Beat the 3 egg whites until stiff
- Add 3 egg yolks
- Melt 150 ml of cream with 150 grams of cocoa and 3 tablespoons of xylitol
- Add the melted cocoa to the egg whites
- Add the almond flour and baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
