Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 150ml of milk
  • 150g cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons xylitol
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Preparation method:

  1. Beat the 3 egg whites until stiff
  2. Add 3 egg yolks
  3. Melt 150 ml of cream with 150 grams of cocoa and 3 tablespoons of xylitol
  4. Add the melted cocoa to the egg whites
  5. Add the almond flour and baking powder
  6. 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
