3. PRICE
3.1. The selling prices published on www.lojavivaonline.com are in euros. These prices already include all mandatory fees and taxes by law and are valid unless there is a publication error or stockout. The VAT included in all mentioned prices corresponds to the rate applicable on the day of the order. Any change to the applicable VAT type will be immediately reflected in product prices. However, Loja VIVA Online reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3.2. Unless expressly indicated, the selling prices of the products published do not include delivery and assembly services.
3.3. lojavivaonline.com reserves the right to modify selling prices at the most convenient times, in compliance with the law, and ensuring commitments already made with its customers, with the exceptions indicated in point 3.1.
3.4. Prices on lojavivaonline.com may differ from those in VIVA physical stores. Therefore, the prices advertised on the website are valid only for purchase orders placed in this Online Store and may not coincide with those in physical stores. VIVA Online reserves the right to carry out exclusive online promotions, which, when in force, are duly identified.
3.5. In case of errors in pricing, we will do our best to correct them as quickly as possible. If any of the products are incorrectly priced and until lojavivaonline.com makes the corresponding corrections, the provisions in points 1.5, 2.2 and 3.6 will apply.
3.6. Thus, if a computer, manual, technical, or any other error occurs, causing an unforeseen substantial change in the public selling price, such that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly negligible, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.
4. PAYMENT METHODS INFORMATION
4.1. To pay for your order you have several payment methods available:

4.2. Some of the identified payment methods may not be available, depending on the delivery location of the order.
4.3. If, for any reason, after the delivery of the order, it is not possible to collect the final invoice amount through the payment method you chose and indicated, you will be contacted by our team, who will provide you with the necessary data to make the outstanding payment, through a Multibanco reference or by bank transfer. We may block access to the website and our services until the payment is confirmed.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
5.1. All product orders are subject to availability. In case of difficulties in product supply, or if a product runs out of stock, we will immediately inform you of the unavailability and reserve the right to provide you with information about replacement products of equal or superior quality, which you may order.
5.2. If the User chooses not to order the replacement products, we will refund any amount paid by the user in relation to the missing products within 30 days.
6. DELIVERY
6.1. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 5 above regarding product availability, and except in the case of extraordinary circumstances, we will make every effort to dispatch the order for the product(s) referred to in each Shipping Confirmation before the date indicated in the Order Confirmation in question or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated period indicated when selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the Order Confirmation date.
6.2. Delays may also occur due to unforeseen circumstances or problems in the delivery area. If we are unable to meet the delivery date for reasons not attributable to our responsibility, the user will be informed of this situation and will have the option to proceed with the purchase, establish a new delivery date, or cancel the order. If the user chooses to cancel the purchase, they will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, without prejudice to all other rights to which they are entitled under applicable law.
6.3. We do not make home deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
6.4. Loja VIVA Online reserves the right to charge a fixed amount for product delivery in specific cases, which will be calculated according to the current table.
6.5. Supply, delivery or assembly prices do not include the use of special transport or access means, such as external stairs or cranes, or civil construction alterations to doors, windows, stairs or other structures of the property. Whenever the object of delivery does not fit through the accesses, delivery is considered to be made on the ground floor of the address in question.
6.6. For the purpose of these Conditions, it will be considered that "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment the User or any third parties designated by them take physical possession of the products, which will be proven by signing the receipt record of the order at the agreed delivery address.
6.7. All costs resulting from the need to repeat the delivery act due to incorrect, insufficient addresses or the failure to indicate the existence of relevant situations for the delivery will be borne by the client/user. Without prejudice to the foregoing, we advise the analysis and reading of the provisions in our "Shipping and Deliveries" policy.
7. Gift Card
7.1. The Gift Card is valid for the purchase of items sold only at Loja VIVA Online. The Gift Card is sent directly to the customer by email automatically after the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are not included in the Gift Card value.
7.2. The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used one or more times for purchases on our website.
7.3. You can use the Gift Card to pay for your online orders, in full or in installments, and to do so, simply enter the confidential code in the field designated for discount codes when finalizing your order. You can also complete the value of your purchase with another payment method.
7.4. Products purchased with the Gift Card in the online store can be returned according to our return policy. The Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged.
7.5. In case of loss, theft, damage, or expiration of validity, the Gift Card cannot be exchanged or refunded (not even partially).

7.7. The purchase and/or use of the Card implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions, which were made available to the client at the time of purchase of the Card.
8. Obligations of Customers and Users
8.1. The Client and User undertake to comply with and respect these General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use, namely:
i) To refrain from introducing, storing or disseminating through the site defamatory, obscene, insulting, xenophobic and/or any other content that violates the general principles of law and public order;
ii) To keep, and not disclose, their site login password to prevent third parties from accessing their Loja Viva Online account.
iii) Not to use false identities;
iv) To provide correct personal data and addresses so that Loja Viva Online can properly process orders.
8.2. Users are therefore expressly prohibited from transmitting abusive, misleading, defamatory, obscene messages or information, or information that in any way violates the right to privacy or the intellectual or industrial property of third parties, as well as providing any information that may be harmful to third parties or to the owner of the website.
8.3. Loja Viva Online reserves the right to delete the account of any user who fails to comply with any of the mentioned Obligations.

8.5. Loja Viva Online disclaims any responsibility for any delay or inability to process the order, namely at the time of delivery, resulting from an error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the Client.
9. DISPUTES AND LIABILITY
9.1. For any dispute arising from the application of these General Conditions of Use, the Court of the District of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
