7. Gift Card

7.1. The Gift Card is valid for the purchase of items sold only in the VIVA Online Store. The Gift Card is sent directly to the customer by email automatically after the purchase.

7.2. The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used once or more times for purchases on our website.

7.3. You can use the Gift Card to pay for your online orders, either in full or in installments. To do so, simply enter the confidential code in the field for discount codes when completing your order. You can also complete the amount of your purchase using another payment method.

7.4. Products purchased with the Gift Card in the online store can be returned in accordance with our returns policy. The Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged.
