Expel the air from the bottle by carefully lowering it onto a flat surface until water appears at the opening. Screw the lid on and check that if turned upside down, the bag does not leak water. Do not use boiling water. When the bag is not in use, drain the water completely and store it with the cork removed in a cool, dry place.
