Measuring 74cm in length and featuring a padded polyester cover, it adapts perfectly to the lumbar region, neck, or legs, promoting well-being on colder days or during moments of muscle tension. The inner bag is made of durable natural rubber, ideal for retaining heat for extended periods. For safe use, fill to two-thirds of its capacity with hot (not boiling) water, keeping it upright. Release the air by pressing it on a flat surface until the water reaches the opening, and only then close the lid tightly. Before storing, empty completely and keep it in a cool place with the stopper loose.
